When making a booking, please include:
• Your name
• Preferred date / time / course

Please note:
• Same-day bookings may not be noticed in time.
• On the day of your booking, please message us again 1 hour before your appointment to confirm.
If we cannot confirm, your booking may be cancelled.
• No-shows will be reported and shared with staff.
