For same-day reservations, I always try to respond as quickly as possible.
However, I am not able to check my phone at all times, so there may be moments when I cannot reply immediately. I also mention this in my DMs in advance.
Because of this, even if you message me again to ask for a quick reply, I may still be unable to respond in time, and I may not be able to accept your reservation.
I sincerely apologize if I am unable to accommodate your request, but for smoother communication, I strongly recommend making reservations at least one day in advance.
If you provide a specific date and time and I confirm that the reservation is possible, please make sure to stay in contact.
If I do not hear back from you afterward, I may not be able to hold or finalize the reservation, especially for first-time guests.
If you need to cancel or change your schedule, please let me know as soon as possible.
Please note that the number of rooms at the shop is limited, so priority is given to guests with whom clear and consistent communication is possible.
